In this session, we'll be discussing how you and your organization can use DISC - a popular behavioral assessment tool - to increase awareness in our own behavior and that of our colleagues and improve communication and relationships. The seminar will focus on what the tool is and is not, validity of the results, and how individuals and teams can use the information. Course materials will be available .

Amy's Bio

Amy Tarantino, M.Ed., is a professional trainer with over 12 years experience developing and facilitating courses for biotechnology companies in the Research Triangle Park area. She has demonstrated positive results in organizations in the areas of instructional design, performance improvement, regulatory affairs and quality assurance compliance in support of a variety of technical and non-technical projects.
